Born in February 18, 1971, in Manila, and as a
businessman he founded and still owns to this day Universidad, the pioneer in
collegiate wear and accessories. He started the business in 1990 while still
studying in De La Salle University – Manila his B.S. in Manufacturing
Engineering and Management. He then finished his Master in Entrepreneurship in
2003 at the Asian Institute of Management. In November 2019, he graduated on his 2nd full degree, a B.S.
in Interior Design, from the Philippine School of Interior Design – Ahlen
Institute and passed the Interior Design licensure exams in July 2022. Through
all his studies he has achieved awards in academic and extra-curricular excellence.
Although he started to paint in 2000 it was in PSID-Ahlen that his inclination
to abstract painting grew. His interests in the subjects Elements &
Principles of Design, History of the Arts & Architecture, and Color Theory,
were aided by his visits to museums in London in 2012 and in Los Angeles in
2018. Synthesizing business acumen and interior design he is confident that
there is a growing market for his style of Abstract Expressionism.
